Our team will come over to your property on the day of removal, we will remove all doors, draws , kickboards and any other items that are easy to remove as this eliminates the spraying onsite and allows us to carry out the best smooth professional finish.

Once removed we will then carry out our onsite spraying, We ask for all our customers to remove everything from their worktops and any other obstruction that could prevent us taping and masking. Our team would then mask everywhere in detail such as all the walls, worktops, ceiling and any other area that’s required to prevent any overspray for our onsite spraying. Everywhere will then go through a deep clean and degrease to allow our specialist coating to grip to cabinet carcasses, kickboards, and any other feature items. We will then carry out our internal spraying leaving a professional smooth finish. We allow 5-7 days for our product to cure and harden.

Once removed We carefully transport your doors back to our workshop, your doors then go through a deep clean and degreased. We then inspect any damages, holes, cracks etc that are repairable. Once this is complete then we use a professional dust free sander to key the doors ready for our high build primer to be used in our dust free spray booth. Followed by a colour of your choice.

Sprayways will wrap your doors with an extra thick soft foam wrap, protecting your doors from damage when in transportation. Once arrived at your property, our team will refit the doors,drawers etc. If you have new handles our team will fit the handles provided and quaility check our work for a final time.
